Terms & Conditions of Using LoanFinder Leads
By purchasing a package or using a lead delivered through LoanFinder, the subscribed agent agrees to the following conditions.
Payment & refunds
Once fee is paid, it is non-refundable. Subscription, renewal, upgrade and credit-refill payments should be reviewed carefully before payment.
Use by the subscribed agent only
Lead information is provided only for use by the approved LoanFinder agent account that receives the lead. It must not be transferred to another person or account.
No sharing, resale or forwarding
Do not share, resell, forward or distribute lead details to another agent, bank, finance company, DSA or any third party.
Sharing or misuse will terminate access
If lead sharing, resale, unauthorised forwarding or misuse is detected, the subscription will be terminated without refund and any remaining lead credits will be cancelled.
Contact customers during reasonable hours
Calls and messages should be made during reasonable UAE working hours and in a professional manner, taking the customer’s stated contact preference into account.
Do not spam lead contacts
Do not repeatedly call or message customers, send bulk WhatsApp/SMS messages, or use lead details for unrelated promotions, mass marketing or unsolicited campaigns.
Respect stop-contact requests
If a customer asks not to be contacted again, stop further calls and messages for that enquiry and update the lead status accordingly.
Use data only for the submitted loan enquiry
Customer information must be handled securely and used only to assess, discuss and follow up the loan or finance enquiry for which the lead was provided.
Lead sharing depends on the package
Lead distribution can be shared or bank-exclusive depending on the package. For Personal Loans, Starter and Growth are shared, while Pro is bank-exclusive within the same bank or finance company; the applicant may still be connected with other lenders.
No approval or conversion guarantee
A lead is a verified customer enquiry, not a guarantee of contact, documents, lender approval, disbursal or conversion.
Use of LoanFinder leads must remain professional, confidential and limited to genuine follow-up of the customer’s submitted finance enquiry.
